1. The amount of water should be above the MIN water level and below the MAX level. During the usage, the water volume should be always above the MIN water level, otherwise it may damage the product.
2. Do not immerse the unit past the etch mark of stainless steel skirt.
3. Use oven mitts or tongs when handling. The cooking container, the stainless steel portion of circulator and food pouches all get hot when used.
4. Food must be vacuum-sealed, heat sealed or zip locked before being put into the circulator.
