How does sous vide work?
Sous vide cooking is only need some simple steps:
1. Attach your cooker to a pot or container with the adjustable clamp
2. Add water to in between the Min and Max lines
3. Prepare your food and ingredients in sous vide sealed bag or glass jar
4. Set precise cooking time and temperature for the food
5. Clip sealed bag to the side of the pot or container then press start button
6. Finish by searing, grilling, or broiling the food to add a crispy, golden exterior layer
