WHY VACUUM SEALING
Vacuum packing reduces atmospheric oxygen, limiting the growth of aerobic bacteria or fungi, and preventing the evaporation of volatile components. On a shorter term basis, vacuum packing can store fresh foods, such as vegetables, meats, and liquids, because it inhibits bacterial growth.

AS SIMPLE AS IT COULD
Finish a vacuum sealing with 3 steps
1. Place the open end of bag on the chamber. Pls make sure the bag is aligned and the open end is placed in chamber.
2. Close and lock lid. Press the two sides of the lid, until you hear the ” crack ” sound, that means that lid is locked tightly. Otherwise it may fail to vacuum the air from the bag.
3. Press Vac Seal button – DONE !
