Slaiya Precision Sous Vide Cooker makes it easy to achieve professional-level cooking results at home. To use, simply attach the cooker to any heat-proof 3L-10L plastic or stainless steel container, put your food in a sealable bag, and set the time and temperature. Our Precision Cooker heats and circulates the water to a precise temperature, cooking food to an exact temperature which creates maximum tenderness and moisture retention (without worry of overcooking).

Operation Steps:
Step1: Pre and Seal
Place food in a food-grade sealed bag, vacuum sealed. Add seasonings or spices like herbs, butter and garlic. For extra flavor, marinate food in fridge prior to sealing.
Step2: Cook your food
Securely clip the sous vide to any deep heat-proof pot or container. Fill water to the level between MIN and MAX indicators marked on the sous vide. Connect to power, set time and temperature then immerse the sealed bag.
Step3: Sear and Enjoy!
Once the alarm beeps to signal the end of cooking time, finish your food by grilling, broiling or searing it in a piping-hot pan, adding a delicious caramelized texture. Enjoy your restaurant quality meal!
